Configuring cookies

Internet Explorer 7 (Windows) and above or Firefox 3.6 and above (Windows, Macintosh)

1. Enable the cookies

For Internet Explorer 7.x/8.x/9.x

Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Click on "Advanced".
Select "Override automatic cookie handling".
Select the "Accept" option under "First-party Cookies".
Select the "Accept" option under "Third-party Cookies".

For FireFox

Tools > Options > Privacy > History
Select "Use custom settings for history" from the pull-down menu.
Also select "Accept cookies from sites" and "Accept third-party cookies".

2. Enable the scripts

For Internet Explorer

Select Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Internet
Click on "Default level".
(If you cannot click on it, unselect the "Enable Protected Mode".)

For FireFox

Tools > Options > Contents
Select "Enable JavaScript" and click OK.

3. Register as a trusted site (IE)

Open Tools > Internet Options > Security tab
Click and select "Trusted Sites"
Click on the "Sites" button while "Trusted Sites" is selected,
Add WELBOX's website URL ( https://www.wellbox.com/ ) to trusted sites.
Ensure that the Security level is set to higher than the "Default level".

4. Disable the content advisor (IE)

Tools > Internet Options > Contents tab > Disable the content advisor (if it is enabled).

5. Clear the cache

For Internet Explorer 8.x/9.x

Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Delete
Unselect "Preserve Favorites and website data" and only select the "Temporary Internet files" before clicking the "Delete" button.

For Internet Explorer 10.x/11.x

Click on "Settings" at the top right of the screen (the gear-shaped icon) > Internet Options > General
Browsing History > Delete > Uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data".
Check only "Temporary Internet Files and Cookies" > Click "Delete" button.

For FireFox

Tools > History > Delete browsing history
Select "Temporary Internet Files" and click "Delete".

Different browsers and versions of browsers have different ways to configure settings.
