Q1Where can I check my membership number?

You can check the membership number on your WELBOX membership
card or by contacting the WELBOX Center.

Please refer to your membership card for your membership number issued by us.
If you don't have the card handy or for corporate/organization members for whom a membership card is not issued, we will need to confirm your identity; please use the Email inquiry form here.
* Please note that, due to security reasons, we are unable to respond to membership number/password inquiries by email; instead our operator from the WELBOX Center will call you back after checking the details of required fields.

Q2I don't know what my password is.

A2Please use the inquiry form and make an inquiry.

First, please download the Report of Forgotten Password here, and then fill out the form and send it to the WELBOX Center by mail. After we receive your Report of Forgotten Password, we will mail a password to your address. After you log in to the website, you can change the password anytime at View/Update member details on the top page.
* If you would like a temporary password for overseas delivery to be issued, please use this "Report of Forgotten Password."
* Please note that, due to security reasons, we are unable to respond to membership number/password inquiries by email; instead our operator from the Center will call you back after checking the details of required fields.

Q3I have entered the correct membership number and the password, but I still cannot login.

You can not log-in if the following apply.
Please double-check the content of what you have entered.

The following cases will return an error when entering your membership number or password.
After double-checking your entries, please try logging-in again.

(1) If you have entered full-width characters
(2) If you have entered a space
(3) If you did not place a hyphen in the correct position

If you can find nothing wrong with the above, the following 2 are considered to be possible causes.
1) Problem due to the browser settings
This website uses cookies to recognize the users. If you are unable to login even after entering the correct membership number and the password, it may be because your browser is configured to have the cookies disabled.

If you are accessing the website from your workplace through firewalls and/or a proxy server, you may not be able to login. In this case, please contact your company's network administrator directly.
2) Your membership service period has not started or has expired
It is also possible that your membership service has not started or has expired. Please contact your company (welfare department) or organization.

Q4How do I register as a member?

A4There is no need to register personally.

In principle, there is no need to register personally if your company or organization has completed the usage agreement with EWEL, Inc. Please login using the Membership Number and Password issued to you.
* Some companies or organizations may require personal registration.

Q5We'd like to use WELBOX (as a company or an organization).

A5Please make an inquiry from EWEL's website.
